How can I create a hair profile on Coily?
To create a hair profile on Coily, you simply need to answer a few questions about your hair type, texture, length, and other relevant factors. This information will be used to personalize your hair care experience
How can I delete my Coily account?
If you want to delete your Coily account, you can do so by going to the app's settings and selecting "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. You will be prompted to confirm your decision, and all of your data will be permanently deleted from the app.
Can anyone use Coily?
Yes, anyone can use Coily, but it is specifically designed around the unique hair care needs of black women.
How do I reset my password for Coily?
If you forget your password for Coily, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your email address, and Coily will send you a link to reset your password.
