Brand Development Lead

We are an early stage startup seeking a Brand Development Lead to join our team. Our Brand Development Lead will be responsible for identifying and onboarding brands onto our app platform, as well as serving as the main point of contact for their questions and concerns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand development, a strong understanding of marketing, and experience building relationships with brands.

Requirements:

• Experience in brand development, marketing, business, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with beauty brands and their representatives
• Experience with marketing, market research, and competitive analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Passion for startups and entrepreneurship

Compensation for this position will include a combination of equity and cash stipend. Details of the compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

• Identify and onboard new brands onto our app platform
• Serve as the main point of contact for brand inquiries and concerns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and their representatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to ensure successful brand integration onto our platform
• Develop and execute brand development strategies to grow our platform's brand presence
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges for brand development
• Work closely with the executive team to align brand development strategies with the company's overall vision and goals
